I’ve taken three breathwork classes with Mary and I went in thinking it would be like other meditation classes – boy was I wrong! Just working with Mary for a short amount of time will give you the space to release what is holding you back and replace it with the biggest natural high on life! Think of the endorphins released after intense cardio but without, well, the intense cardio! And more - there is Mary’s skill as an instructor – she is lighthearted, warm, and safe. That safety allowed me to let everything fall away and immerse myself in the breathwork practice.

John is a 57 year old male with reversed congestive heart failure and reversed diabetes type 2. It’s interesting how things sneak up on you isn’t it? For several years now I’ve been dealing with anxiety. But I never admitted it to anyone, not even myself. I was introduced to several techniques including Quick Coherence®. I admit that I was skeptical at first. It was explained that the goal was to retrain my brain and my thought patterns through meditation and concentration. I promised to practice – but didn’t hold out much hope. Every day I’d practice the techniques. I suddenly began to catch myself NOT worrying. If you’ve never suffered from anxiety this won’t seem like a big deal to you. It was as if my brain was pointedly choosing NOT to worry. Like anxiety and panic were knocking on the doors of my mind and instead of flinging them open, they stayed shut. And so we continued – I got better and better.
